Aiminath Mahdhiya sewing and sticthing PPE’s at Treetop Hospital Maldives

While our traditional Hollywood heroes wore capes and carried rocket launchers on their shoulders, these days our heroes wear scrubs and masks and carry stethoscopes. But today, our hero doesn’t wear neither. Instead, she spends her days and nights sewing the much needed personal protective equipment’s for medical professionals.

Due to the unprecedented demand for PPE’s both locally and globally, supply of these equipment’s are being controlled in many nations. Due to this, local hospitals and the COVID19 are in need of PPE’s and people like Aiminath Mahudhiya are giving their energy and time to stitch and sew the valuable PPE’s for the front line workers. We here at Maldives Viewer salute you.
