Raa Vaadhoo has countless damages on properties across the island after a tropical storm hits the island.

According to locals the storm rolled out through at dawn. The storm had impacted the island with falling trees, walls and coconut palms falling across the island.

It is believed that 80 per cent of the island is completely damaged with 50 per cent being private residences.

Currently, the weather is now clear with the storm passing through.
