
President office has announced that it would be establishing a new taskforce for preparation of economic re-opening. The government plans to prepare for the new normal with this taskforce.
In a statement, released on Thursday morning by the President office “National Taskforce on Resilience Building and Economic Recovery” would be established the following cabinet meeting that would be held on April 13.
The task would we tasked with planning national efforts to assess and help the business recover from the loss along with short-term and long-term social implications face my COVID-19.
The task force would be overseen by the president and have 3 working group. The following working group would financial, economic recovery and social sector. The President office has already confirmed that the group is already operational.
