
NEOC in a press briefing has announced they are in search of three migrant workers whom tested positive for COVID-19.
This was announced by spokesperson Mabrook Azeez during a press briefing on Wednesday night. Mabrook had noted that these people whom are taken for random testing are noted down and are released until they received test results. 7 individuals were amongst the list of patients have tested positive. Currently, 4 have been located and brought into custody.
Now the search is underway to find the remaining 3. Mabrook also stated that 4 individual samples were collected from a containment site while the other 3 were collected from a different address.
As of now, the majority of COVID-19 cases that have tested positive are migrant workers and the government now is working to help migrants from getting infected.
