A Maldivian pilot has whom works in Villa Air has been found dead.

The pilot whom passed away has identified as Shanoon Naseer, Caseway villa, Seenu Hithadhoo. It has been reported that Shanoon was found near his residence in Hulhumale’ and was found dead during midnight around 3:30.

Authorities has not yet confirm the cause of his death. Currently, authorities is working to find out if Shanoon death was caused by COVID-19.

His burial has now been scheduled after Magrib prayers.
